Yes. Macuman is a design build firm, so one team holds both the architectural design and the construction. The person who understands the vision is the same person managing the build, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the delivered home.

An estimate is a guess that can move once work begins. A fixed price is set before construction starts and covers materials, labour, permits, and contingency, so you know the full cost the day you sign, contractually rather than aspirationally.

Because pricing from assumptions is how budgets break. During planning we resolve scope, layouts, and materials and lock your full fixed price, so you are never committed to build before you know exactly what you are building and what it costs.

Our minimum project size is $10,000, and legal suites start at $60,000. Below that we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you early than waste your time.

Every timeline is built around permits, trade sequencing, and material lead times, then committed to in writing. You will know when work starts and when you get your home back before you sign anything.
